Aanchal Foundation is an organization that works for women empowerment in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh and is managed by the President, Avanish Tripathi. Since its inception, the society focuses on various projects to uplift women from poverty and to provide self dependant income generation programs for widows and destitute women. It offers skill development on handicrafts, soap and rug making, and vocational training for women to set up small enterprises that generate stable income. Apart from this, the society conducts various awareness programs on HIV/AIDS, cancer, and conducts cultural programmes.
