Institute of Computer Education was set up in the year 2002 in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. The Chairman of the Institute is Mahaboob Basha. ICE aims to connect the opportunities with the aspirations of youth by providing employment services in a highly transparent and user-friendly manner. It considers that poverty can be eradicated only by increase in employment. ICE aids in strengthening & improving the quality of employment services by empowering and enhancing the capacities of Employment personnel with regular capacity building trainings. They have supported in employment service of youth majorly in the rural areas.
